Beretta contacted me via e-mail (very impersonal) and stated that the firearm fires within their specifications.Originally, they told me gun was fired from fixed vise device to take out an human error.

They lied to me when I asked why a person had not fired the gun chnaging their original story saying that a technician had fired the gun by hand.

Beretta does no care at all about its customers or quality of product.As a firearms instructor, I will steer my students clear of all Beretta products.

Sent in a firearm for warranty repair.Gun was shooting several inhes to the left.

Beretta said the fixed the problem, but the gun shoots even further to the left. Called customer service, but they said that the gun shoots within specifications. They basically told me to go pound salt. Called several times, and left messages.

Nobody returns my call. Asked for the company president's address and they said they don't have that information. Beretta firearms look nice but do not shoot well.

Company refuses to satisfy customer.Customer service reps are rude, short, and matter of fact.
